Training will comprise of liaising between the customer, the bodyshop and any insurance work providers to ensure each and every customer has first class service. Another very important aspect of this position is teamwork as you will be working with other colleagues in the bodyshop as well as across other functional areas.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will responsible for converting (after training) retail customers, booking customer cars in for repair using our computer management system which is why an important aspect of the role is to update customers and work providers with the progress of the repair. All the while maintaining an efficient and effective filing system for associated paperwork. You will also arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers and on completion of the job, collect payment from the customer paying particular attention to banking/ security arrangements and the payment of excesses on certain insurance policies

- Good communication skills, a friendly telephone manner.
- Be educated to a good secondary standard and be of smart appearance.
