Coventry based XL Motors Accident Repair Centre, has provided accident repair services to Coventry and the surrounding areas for over 25 years. Currently, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join our estimating team. Good communication skills are paramount within this role, you will need to liaise with Customers, Suppliers, Insurance Engineers and Technicians to achieve a swift and problem free repair for the Customer. This is a demanding role which requires you to have a knowledge of modern repair methods. An important aspect of this position is the ability to work well as part of an established team of Vehicle Damage Assessors and Vehicle Repair Technicians. The candidate will preferably hold a current ATA or NVQ Level 3 accreditation and have a working knowledge of Audatex. The role will include some driving so a full driving licence is essential.
